My Muddy Little Man

Ah oh!

Ya caught me!

Yep, there's mud all over my hands too!

Ya, I know. Just don't look at the front window and the wall...

Oh man, ya had to look didn't ya? I got it good, huh?

Ashton in Daddy's Gloves

Wearing Daddy's work gloves. I love to assist Daddy in yardwork- which is a pretty heavy load these days. I was so excited I had to show off my BIG hands!

Chloe and her Pet Snail

Chloe has had a bit of an obsession as of late with snails. She catches them and keeps them as her "pets"- well that was until Daddy got involved and taught her about being a bit more humane to the poor creatures. Now it's more of a catch and release- she isn't allowed to keep them in jars or cups anymore. This snail was one she carried around all day. She came running in the house to show me her little friend. I had to take a picture because it was sticking it's head out and moving around while she was talking to it and showing it off. She wanted to know if it was a boy or a girl...

Ashton Singing and Playing Guitar

Ashton was singing with his guitar today so I grabbed the camera and recorded this video. He cracks me up. He is not shy whatsoever. As soon as he saw the camera he hammed it up. His favorite songs to sing are "Twinkle Twinkle little star" and "Best of Both Worlds" by Hannah Montana. (Thank you big sister) I think he is going to be a rockstar.

Making snow in the kitchen with flour... We don't have real snow in St. George, so we do what we can...

Yep, I'm really doing it...

Shaving Daddy's head. Sissy usually shaves it, but it was my turn. Its great having a dad that doesn't mind a few nicks here and there...

Bruce's Art...

This is a gate that Bruce built. It took him about three weeks. He has gotten really good and it seems like he is enjoying what he does. I think it is beautiful.

Now he just needs to build a fence and a gate like this for me! (Ya right)

My Gold Tooth...

Chloe showing off her "gold" tooth. When she went in for her checkup at the dentist and he told her she had to get a cap she was excited because her friend Javin has one too. Now she thinks she has gold in her mouth.

SUMMERTIME!

I think Ashton must have been a fish
in his previous life. He LOVES water.
This entire summer I don't think he's
been dressed in anything else besides
his diaper or swim trunks- or
underwear.

He would put his goggles on and swim in the kiddie pool all day. I had to drag him in kicking and screaming most days so he wouldn't
dehydrate or starve to death.

He loves to hide from me and just watch me frantically search for him. He will sit very quietly and when I finally find him he shrieks and laughs at me.

Izzy the laughing elephant...

Grandma Karen sent me this elephant towel.
When mommy first put it on me and put me in front of the mirror I laughed!
